COCKTAIL RIM SERVING TIP
If adding to the rim of a cocktail glass, you can spread a tad of maple syrup on the rim to adhere more Cristaux. This adds a very subtle hint of sweetness that blends well with the saltiness of the caviar and softens the bite of the vodka, bourbon, etc. Maple syrup blends well with fish, and is often used when grilling steelhead and salmon.
