Local bluefin thanks to @atlanticoffshorefishery, what most don’t realize is these fish get shipped out, we are lucky for this and grateful, thank you Mikey. @the_rice_factory_ny for such an incredible and fresh rice, and @marshallbergfarm for the beautiful caviar. We are so fortunate to be able to connect all these amazing vendors and products through food and transform them into bites for our guests.
