Osetra on Cold Salty Potato


You’ll Need:
3 Medium-small Potatoes
1/4 cup of sour cream
30g Marshallberg Farm Everyday Osetra

1) Add 1/2 cup salt per 1 gallon water. Bring water to a boil
2) Add 6 medium-small potatoes to boil.
3) Remove potatoes after about 20 min. Cool down to room temperature. Place them in the refrigerator until cold and firm. Neatly halve and cut bottom flat for clean seating.
Add a tablespoon of sour cream on top of each potato. Top with Osetra caviar.
