We don't get to eat caviar nearly enough! I have travelled all over Europe and have tasted caviar in many countries. Who would have thought that the BEST caviar would come from the US? Worth every penny! Thank you Marshallberg Farm !!
My husband and I have been to Russia and have tasted their caviar. Marshallberg’s is a taste of “Russian caviar”…..right at home. I love it and I will always order from Marshallberg!
Marshallberg Farm has saved me from struggling over "what can I get her?" ever again. She loves it every time! Last time I threw in a smoked sturgeon dip and talk about the icing on the cake!
I’ve indulged again recently and ordered Everyday Caviar and it was very delicious. I ordered one of the more expensive caviar the first time, but the everyday suited my taste just fine. I enjoyed the texture of the roe and the briny taste. Marshallberg products come packed nicely and always cold. My birthday is on the horizon; I expect to order again soon.
The classic osetra was fantastic. Beautiful appearance and taste. And really well packed when shipped. I enjoyed the smoked sturgeon as well.
One of my best friends has sent me gift packages from Marshallberg Farms several times. The caviar is always delicious down to the last salty egg popping in my mouth. The smoked sturgeon is great with cheese and crackers but fantastic in a fish mousse for the holidays.
My wife just made Lianne's smoked sturgeon dip for a July 4th party. Delicious as usual!!
What an incredible experience! The caviar is outstanding. I have been fortunate to have sampled caviar from the “best” around the world and Marshallberg Farms tops them all. The caviar is sublime The taste, texture and appearance are consistently perfect. Of course Royal is my favorite, but every variety is delicious.
And don’t forget the Sturgeon. The smoked sturgeon is addictive and fabulous. What a treat. As always, I look forward to my next shipment.
Marshallburg’s Royal Osetra caviar is everything you hope for in a top grade Osetra caviar. Our daughter treats us with it on our anniversary. We enjoy every last egg! It has perfect texture and the subtle taste of clean cold ocean. We also sent this as a gift and our friends who received it raved about it.
Some of my classmates and our teacher from Carteret Community College were given a tour of Marshallberg Farm yesterday to see a Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) in operation. We had a great tour by the Facilities Manager, who showed us lots of systems, equipment, and processes, explained them to us, let us look in every nook and cranny, and answered all our questions. I was impressed by the complexity of the systems, but also by how smoothly and efficiently everything was operating. The mature sturgeon were huge and graceful, and the younger ones enjoyed splashing us from their tanks.
We also saw the processing offices; I was impressed that every part of the sturgeon is used, not just the caviar. We were given a stack of dried air bladders for our dogs to use as chews - mine loved them.
The facility is lovely and visitors are welcome with an appointment. There is no retail shop at the farm, but you can order their wonderful caviar and smoked fish on line.
