Cooking Caviar Recipe Ideas
Bert’s Caviar Stuffed Olives
From recipe creator and long time customer Bert Sackman:
“Try the cooking caviar stuffed olives. Good for martinis or as a canapé, and quite affordable for home and restaurant service. The briniest of the olive balances out the earthiness of the cooking caviar.”
What to do: Choose your favorite green olives. If pimento stuffed, pull the pimento strip out and fill the space with caviar. A wooden coffee stir or popsicle stick-type tool will work, but depends on the size of your olives.

Bert’s Eggs & Caviar
“The cooking caviar is very good mixed into eggs for scrambled eggs.”
What to do: 6-8 gm per 2-3 eggs. Cook the caviar and eggs either scrambled or as an omelet. Also, dice smoked sturgeon, sauté with onion or chopped shallot, then scramble with eggs or use to fill omelets.
