What you’ll need (to taste):
• 1/2 Pound smoked sturgeon
• Large tub whipped cream cheese (~14oz)
• Fresh pineapple (chopped & dry-patted)
• Chopped onions or chives
• 1 cup crushed pistachios
• Cracked pepper to taste
Put smoked sturgeon in the blender to finely chop. Mix with cream cheese, onion, pineapple and pepper in a large bowl. Roll into ball(s). Roll ball(s) into crushed pistachios (or other nuts of your choice). Serve with toasts, crackers, etc. Enjoy!
