Exquisite, golden and extremely rare, only a small fraction of our Osetra Sturgeon produce this grade. Historically, Osetra caviar has been coveted for its golden undertones, ranging from dark amber to deep bronze. In the olden days, a sturgeon caught from the Caspian that was laden with golden roe would immediately be reserved for the king. Our Gold Reserve Osetra exemplifies the most vibrant shades within this species. With delicate bursts of mellow, nutty, buttery flavor and the slightest hint of the sea, Gold Reserve will be a most memorable experience.

Shelf Life: We are required to place a ‘Best Used By’ date of 3-4 weeks on all tins. Once the tin is opened, we recommend consuming your caviar within 24 hours (keep refrigerated and/or over ice during that period).
