Sturgeon Kebab in Jerk Sauce



Sturgeon Kebab marinated in Jerk Sauce – Submitted by Will Willis in Boone, NC

Cut the raw loin into 2″ pieces and stick them up on a kebab stick.
Pour the Jerk Sauce onto a large flat plate and roll each kebab stick in the sauce
Preheat your grill to about 350 F (a smoker grill will enhance the flavor even more)
Place kebab sticks on hot grill (do not stack sticks on top of each other)
Flip kebabs after about 20 min, then leave them on the grill for another 10 min
Serve hot with your favorite local hot sauce, or enjoy without!
Pairs great with a fresh cucumber salad and some garlic rice! Yum!
